Mrs. Eunice Kitche-Oduor is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds an LL.B (Honors) degree from the University of Nairobi, an MBA, and a certificate in Legal Research from SRA International in San Antonio, Texas, USA.

She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Secretaries, and the Institute of Directors.
