Powers & Duties of KNEST Officers

No. Designation Duties
1 Chief Executive Officer The Chief Executive Officer is head of KNEST PLC and, subject to the direction of the Board of Trustees, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Trust.
2 Directors Head the directorates, offer strategic leadership in the achievement of the directorate’s objectives and goals, and supervise the Deputy Directors.
3 Deputy Directors Head the relevant department in the Trust. They are responsible for achievement of strategic objectives as stipulated in the strategic plan and mandate as per the Retirement Benefits Act.
4 Officers Offer technical support in the implementation of Trust activities geared towards achievement of the Trust mandate.
