KNEST has unveiled a revamped self-service portal allowing members to view statements, update beneficiaries, and track contributions in real time.
The portal, accessible at members.knest.go.ke, features a modern interface optimised for both desktop and mobile devices. Members can now download their annual statements, submit queries, and receive instant notifications on contribution receipts.
The rollout is part of KNEST's broader digital transformation strategy aimed at reducing processing times and improving member experience.
